Photographers are welcome to bring their own props or reserve access to select areas of the property at a discounted rate for minimalist sessions. 🌧️ Rainy day? No problem! You’ll be able to reschedule. Last minute client cancellations? We will be glad to reschedule with you for that too! Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds. However, we will be glad to reschedule using your payment amount as credit towards another time or even a different setting in the next season.

Photography with Animals
Did you know that our friends from Crosswinds Barnyard in Dade City visit The Gathering Table frequently? In addition to interactive visits, our farm animals are also available for styled photography sessions and creative shoots. Photographers and families can book select animals to be included in spring, seasonal, and year-round sessions at The Gathering Table.
Ducks and bunnies are a favorite in the spring but can be booked at any time!
We know that clients love to have photo shoots with horses and cows year-round!
Even our goats and donkey make fantastic additions to creative photo shoots!
We often offer specific seasonal photo settings. However, we welcome your custom ideas and client needs!
Whether you’re planning a family session, Easter minis, milestone portraits, or a creative styled shoot, our animals add a charming, storybook element to your photos.

Now Available: Photographer’s Assistant Add-On
We’re excited to offer photographers the option to add a dedicated on-site assistant to their shoot time. Our daughter, Maya, an aspiring photographer herself with a great eye and her own camera, would love to assist you during your session. She’s wonderful with children and animals, helping keep even the most energetic or nervous clients calm, focused, and happy. Maya pays close attention to the details that matter—straightening collars, adjusting necklaces, smoothing outfits—and can help guide clients to the correct locations around the property. She’s also happy to hold reflectors, light shades, or other equipment as needed. With her warm personality and eagerness to learn alongside you, Maya is there to support your creative flow so you can focus on capturing beautiful images.
Photography Terms and Conditions
REFUNDS
Although we do not offer refunds for weather or client cancellations, we gladly allow photographers to reschedule their sessions (any reason) up to 2 hours before their booked time. You may reschedule for a different setting. If you are not sure how you want to reschedule, we will give you what you paid in credit towards a future appointment (we can schedule that for you).
TIME ACCOMODATIONS
Currently, all of our bookings on our booking page are for one hour. However, we would love to accommodate the different needs of photographers. Message us and we can work on setting up photo shoots for you for different amounts of time.
30 MIN SESSIONS - We understand that sometimes you might have 1-2 clients that really want a particular setting, but you just cannot find others to join in for the hour. For some settings (not including those with farm animals or those that require extra set up time), we can work out a 30 minute session. Please message us and we can work out those arrangements.
EXTRA TIME - In order to minimize your costs, we do not currently offer buffer time between photography sessions. For some photographers who want extra time to check lighting and set up props in a different way, it may be difficult to still squeeze in 4 clients in an hour. If you would like a little extra breathing room for a little additional cost, we can work this out for you as well.
CONTENT/STYLED SHOOT
The standard bookings below include one photographer and their client(s)/model(s) only. We would love to host your styled shoot/content workshop. However, all ticketed events, styled shoots, workshops, mentor sessions, or multi-photographer shoots must be approved in advance and booked under our collaborative/event pricing structure. Please message us for details.

Our goal is to create more than beautiful photo sets—we want families to enjoy a festive Christmas experience from the moment they arrive until they head home. So we are also adding several improvements to make your sessions even more enjoyable for both you and your clients!

Based on your total Christmas photography hours booked this season, you'll receive early access to next year's booking calendar:
5+ hours: Book 2 days early
10+ hours: Book 5 days early
15+ hours: Book 7 days early
20+ hours: Book 10 days early
Early access gives you the first opportunity to reserve your favorite dates and times before booking opens to the public.
Qualifying hours include all Christmas photography bookings made during the 2026 Christmas season.
