Indoor seating (with AC) can accommodate up to 30 guests.
Outdoor seating by the barn can accommodate up to 100 guests.

Indoor/Outdoor (>30 guests) - $300+

4 hours for event + 1 hour for set-up

The Greenhouse
Outdoor seating can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Up to 40 guests - $250
Indoor/Outdoor (>40 guests) - $300+
Includes tables, chairs, metal pergolas
4 hours for event + 1 hour for set-up

Picnics
Picnics by the pond or with the bunnies.
Low level wood tables can accommodate up to 12 guests.

Includes tables, floor pillows, table decor and place settings

Please Note: To help keep our venue affordable, our standard event packages are self-service. Clients are responsible for decorating, arranging tables and chairs, and returning furniture to its original location after the event. If you'd prefer us to handle the work, set-up and decorating services are available for an additional fee.
