Indoor seating (with AC) can accommodate up to 30 guests.
Outdoor seating by the barn can accommodate up to 100 guests.

4 hours for event + 1 hour for set-up

The Greenhouse
Outdoor seating can accommodate up to 100 guests.
Up to 40 guests - $250
Indoor/Outdoor (>40 guests) - $300+
Includes tables, chairs, metal pergolas

Picnics
Picnics by the pond or with the bunnies.
Low level wood tables can accommodate up to 12 guests.

To help keep our venue affordable, our standard event packages are self-service. Clients are responsible for decorating, arranging tables and chairs, and returning furniture to its original location after the event. If you'd prefer us to handle the work, set-up and decorating services are available for an additional fee.
